Posters

One part of the instant family poster I like is the text at the top which says 'Just add chaos, laughter, awkwardness, mistakes, love' as they are all parts of what goes on in the movie and parts of being in a foster family.  The poster also shows what the movie is about by putting the children together and the adults together with a plus sign in the middle.

One part of the Shazam poster I like is the sentence 'Just say the word' as a main part of the character is him saying his name so people who know about him would understand the reference.

Trailers

The trailer of instant family shows a married couple who wanted to foster and shows off a few clips from before they foster and whilst they foster and shows off some of the good moments and some of the bad moments that they experience and shows important moments such as everyone bonding and the father getting called dad for the first time.

In the trailer for the show One Day at a Time it shows a bit about the different characters such as how the main character works in a hospital and used to be a soldier.  It also introduces everyone in the family a little bit by showing off different parts that they are in that lets the audience get an impression about what the characters are like.

Radio adverts

In this Star Wars radio advert the narrator is telling the listener not to be alarmed by the different sounds that are going on which are to do with the film, such as the sound of a lightsaber, and then ends by saying to relax and that it is only a movie and mentions some of the people behind it.  People listening to the advert who haven't seen the movie would be wondering about the sounds and then want to see the film to find out more.

In this Superman the Movie radio advert the narrator starts off by describing what the "Super" critics thought of the film with the main theme in the background and then talks about the actors playing Superman and Lois Lane and what people who have watched the movie thought of their performances and at the end of the advert they let the audience know that the film is rated PG.  Most people who heard this advert would then be intrigued by how positive the reviews were and then want to look at the film themselves.
